There are a total of 100 detonators, and the total resistance value of the series circuit is R=20 Ω+(4 Ω+2 Ω) × 100=620 Ω 3. Detonators that have not been used for a long time should be charged every other month to prevent battery feeding. 4. The output voltage and current of the detonator are large and fast. It is required that the busbar must be qualified, and there should be no joints in the middle. If there are joints, they should be staggered and tightened, and wrapped with waterproof tape. There should be no water, grounding, or contact with metal objects at the joints, and they should be laid separately to prevent misfires. 5. Before connecting the busbar to the detonator, the connection of the detonator must be reasonable. The joints of each detonator must not be connected to water or ground, and there must be no water dripping above, and must be tightly connected. The connection between the busbar and the detonator is more important. The joint must be pressed against the busbar with an object and lifted to prevent the joint from shaking and grounding when strong current passes through.

Precautions for explosive device operation

If the detonator pin wire needs to be extended to connect, a wire equivalent to the thickness of two detonator pin wires should be used as the connecting wire to prevent bias current from causing misfires. After the shooting network is connected, connect the detonator network detection terminal and conduct a full resistance inspection. If the inspection is not qualified, the shooting cannot be carried out. After passing the blasting network inspection, according to the operation requirements of the blasting personnel, people, animals, and objects must be evacuated from the site before the busbar can be connected to the high-voltage output terminal of the detonator. Observe whether it is tightly pressed, and operate correctly according to the usage method for safe detonation. When the detonator malfunctions, seek professional maintenance or return to the factory for repair. Due to the increase in the number of uses of the detonator, the internal main electrical capacity loss will cause a decrease in capacity. Therefore, it is better to test the parameters of the detonator before and after use to check all indicators before and after use.
