1. A new type of double lock gun must be used.

2. The blaster must be stored in a dedicated cabinet on the ground and locked, and kept and distributed by a dedicated person.

3. The blaster must undergo conduction measurement and be fired after passing the measurement.

4. The shooter shall keep the ignition key of the blaster, and the team leader on duty shall keep the locking key, which must be carried with them. Chain shooting shall be implemented during shooting.

5. The detonator must be connected in series during blasting. It is strictly prohibited to ground the terminals of each detonator to avoid consuming current and causing misfires.

6. The blasting busbar must be firmly connected to the wiring post before blasting is allowed. The busbar and the connecting wire must be wrapped with insulation tape to ensure the safety of blasting.

2、 Maintenance and repair of detonators

1. The short-circuit current of the battery should not be less than 2.5A/piece, otherwise the battery should be replaced. It is strictly prohibited to open the casing underground to replace the battery.

2. The blaster should be stored in a clean, dry, and sulfide free place.

3. Remove the battery when not in use for a long time.

4. If any of the following faults occur with the blaster, it should be repaired promptly:

The measuring light does not light up, the switch is turned to the charging position and does not charge, the vibration and sound during charging are abnormal, the capacitor does not charge, the ND does not light up after charging for more than 20 seconds, the LED lights up immediately after charging, and the impulse decreases.

5. During maintenance, avoid damaging the adhesive sealing leads of the current limiting resistor. If there is any damage, replace and seal them in a timely manner.

6. During maintenance, the electrical parameters, specifications, and models of the intrinsic safety circuit and components related to the intrinsic safety circuit of the cannon must not be changed.

7. During use and maintenance, it is not allowed to damage the explosion-proof surface of the upper and lower shells of the blaster. If damaged, it is strictly prohibited to use.
